[TowerTalk] W2DU Balun's?

I would still love to get hold of an infrared imaging
system to observe a set of cold yagis outfitted
with ferrite baluns just before and then during the
first hour of a DX contest.

It would be interesting to see if the baluns would
light up after 15 or 20 minutes worth of CQing.
If nothing else this might make for a good scene in
a Tom Clancy novel. Commandos observe that
bad guys are transmitting because their BN-86
starts glowing on the infrared imager (sorry I
watched Clear and Present Danger last night).
