Jim:

I've got a Ham IV (1988 vintage recently rebuilt by Norms Rotor Service) with 
the
same 2 1/16 specs. and my old Hygain manual advises putting 1/32 shims on both
sides of a 2" mast in the rotor to center it.  Shim material wasn't listed 
though.
