Also keep in mind that any plan to keep water out can just as easily serve
to inadvertantly keep water inside.....  In all but a few climates,
weatherPROOFING is a rare and elusive animal.  UV protection is one thing,
but sometimes I've seen it better to plan a good escape route than to block
the entry point of water.
