I went to Hygain's website to see if they had a manual for their DB12/17
online.  But nothing yet.

There was however a e-mail link for requesting a manual.  I used it, and
in about a week a brand new manual arrived with their latest catalog. 
That did help me in my decision to go ahead a get the antenna.
