I remember an article on tunners from awhile back. The authour started out
by saying that the tunner needed to be flexible when trying new
antennas. He used 2 inductors and 2 capacitors. Wired them up so that he
jumber them anyway he wanted to. Brought in balance feed line went out to
rig on coax, but provisions were for any in or out. I think that he had an
extra element there in to make connections between the balance and
unbalance. I have been looking for that artilce as I thought that some of
the ideas where good. Such as, you donot net to cover it in metal, so
leave the cover off for quick adjustments.
