There may be other reasons not to use a pier pin, but thirty feet of Rohn 25
is a piece of cake to walk up. I had the permanent guys attached to the first
30' of tower, walked the sections up, attached the guys to the anchors. Four
of us did the work, but others were available. A larger tower would be more
difficult.
