[Towertalk] Cracked Leg on Rohn 45G

not sure how high the crack/split is above ground.
But if the cause of the water accumalation is due to the legs being clogged
in the base, you may consider checking that leg below the crack as well.
I think the ice normally forms at the top of the water and then works it's
way down.
