    What exactly are you looking for? What you're describing are anchor 
bolts. Any particular type or grade of steel? The all-thread you can buy at 
your local hardware store is a common type of steel that is the same grade as 
the UST anchor bolt spec so you really don't need anything special.

    An off-the-shelf option is US Towers. They use these all the time.

    BTW you don't need 4-5 feet of anchor bolts. After a short distance (20" 
for 1" material - I'm going from memory but the concept is the same) there 
are no longer any forces on the bolts - it's all on the concrete after that. 
I think US Tower bolts are around 3' (sorry - I'm going from memory again).
