For starters you need to get a copy of the Rohn Catalog
(K7LXC sells them for $5? though his Champion Radio Products
company and he also has a web site with pictures).

Then check the Texas Tower web site. They 'should' also
have pictures.

The ARRL Antenna Book has a section on towers (Antenna Supports)
with illustrations.

I use Preformed Line Products guy wire grips for all new installations,
NOT cable clamps. Texas Towers sells both grips and clamps.
I simply place my grips around each tower leg, engaging the corners
of the Z braces. Rohn recommends using (expensive) guy assemblies.
Thimbles are needed for small diameter anchor eyes. Some (utility)
anchors have large diameter eyes formed to accept guy grips.

I have posted comments about 'so called non-resonant' guy wires
several times which should be available in the TowerTalk archives.

I use Screw Anchors for all 7 of my towers. AB Chance has
a book on anchors. Rohn recommends buried concrete anchors.
