The usual recommendation is that (1) the line should be fairly
tightly twisted to maintain balance and reduce coupling of its
transmission-line mode to other conductors; and (2) it should be
separated from a conductor such as a mast or tower leg by at least
three times the spacing of the two transmission-line wires.
BTW, twisting also helps to reduce the tendency of window line to
gallop in a steady wind.
Your standoffs should be long enough and also spaced closely enough
longitudinally to keep wind from blowing the window line too close to
a tower leg or whatever. Remember, window line has a lot of
wind-catching area.
