I've removed the rotors from the towers at our club station, W5RRR, at my
own tower.

I used three 18" lengths of the right angled holey steel stock readily
available in 3-4' lengths at Home Depot.  With a u-bolt on the tower leg and
the stock and another larger u-bolt on the mast and the stock, the three
pieces of stock held the mast in place very nicely.

In all cases, the stock held the masts in position and made rotor removal
and installation a snap.

For bigger arrays, heavier duty stock and maybe a third piece would be
appropriate.
