Wes: an abrasive cutoff wheel will do the job. I have a small portable right
angle grinder with such a wheel. It will cut welds, angle and pipe with
ease. I couldn't get along without it. Mine is a Makita but I think one of
the cheap import jobs from Harbor Freight or a pawn shop would work OK for
