Pat,
McMaster Carr (www.mcmaster.com) doesn't appear to have any 1/2"
titanium bolts (I think the biggest bolt they carry in titanium is 1/4-20),
but
they do have 4" long x 1/2-13 titanium threaded studs (p/n 96097A422).
They also have 3/8" diameter titanium threaded rod in various lengths.
