[TowerTalk] Source for G-10 fiberglass rod

I am planning to put up an insulated Rohn 45 tower.  Anyone have a recent
source for G-10 fiberglass rod of the appropriate size ?  I found several
Towertalk articles on this subject, but most seem pretty old.
