Mine is 10 feet from the NW corner of the garage.
The top antennas are at 130 feet.

Not a problem and I run the legal limit

At 130 feet and a total of 6 antennas no where on the lot is less
conspicuous<:-))

I've seen antennas coated with 3 inches of ice come down and not do damage.
OTOH I saw one that came down from 80 feet with no ice and went through a
roof.

I'm not sure about sick trees, but we had an F1 tornado (not terribly
strong) take the tops out of trees and only shake the tower.

The only TVI I've had is when operating 2-meters and watching channel 12 on
one specific antenna. The antenna with preamp is about 40 feet below the
2-meter array on the same tower and all the coaxes run together.
Suprisingly, there is a second antenna with preamp pointed in a different
direction and it receives no interferrence. I'm guessing it's in the one
preamp.
