Obviously, it is a rather simple matter to do the necessary calculations 
based on distances, height, power levels, etc. etc..........

Sadly, the resulting data may be meaningless to your non-techno neighbor, if 
indeed that is the case.

I would suggest that you get in touch with Ed Hare, W1RFI, at the ARRL. His 
call sign alone suggests that he would be a good resource........heh heh. Ed 
surely has had this type of question come up before. Ed has spoken on the 
subject of RF exposure levels at several hamfests, etc. and should be able to 
shed 
some light that might ward off the demons.........
