There was propagation last night and the pulser was in there big time on the low end of 80, and also could be heard (not as strong) on the CG frequency of 3485... This morning there was no propagation on 80 and not even much static being propagated from around the world, and there was no pulser to be heard... If it is in Canada it is up in the northern Arctic somewhere, but I'm beginning to entertain thoughts that is is in northern or european Russia and is only heard when there is good propagation near the pole...
