I picked my harness up from Champion Radio at Dayton (K7LXC) a couple of 
years ago....I like it. Be sure you get a complete harness and not just a 
belt....much safer!  I suggest an adjustable lanyard made of webbing material.  
It's 
very sturdy and fits all towers.  When I'm working on Rohn 25, I can tighten it 
up so I am not way back from the tower.
