The resonant length of the fence type web material, with the staineless
wires in it; should be a little shorter than bare wire. That web has gotta
have some dielectric effect...
How about a balloon holding a long vertical up for field day? Where can I
get the big balloon?

PS I use W8AC bosch spark plugs for lightning. They have no resistor, and
have a terminal cap that unscrews, makes a nice binding post.
