In my case, the moans come if the antennas aren't working. Joint agreement  
in this QTH is that gardens are primarily for growing one sort of plant -  it 
has a vertical steel stem, an aluminium flower on top, and is fed with coax.  
Secondary use is for Girl Scout meetings.
 
With the Steppir, it's a fibreglass flower, though!
