I threw together a quick summary of my HG-70HD refurbish and reinstall
(70' crankup).

Left out some details, but heck feel compelled to document since the
local paper published
an article about taking down ham towers and said people don't put them
up like they used to!.
The saddest sight: no antenna on top, yet..I need some pull at Force12
to make my order
get out!
