Julio,

You might want to try heating the remaining part of the bolt with a small 
torch or a very large soldering iron.
Cycling between heating and cooling may loosen the bolt.  Alternately 
heating it, and tapping the end of it with a small hammer may 'break it 
loose'.
Try not to heat the body of the rotor too much because it is not a very 
robust casting.  After removing the remains of the bolt, you may have to 
have a helicoil inserted to replace the damaged threads in the rotor body..
