FWIW:

We just paid $5K for a 6 foot diameter 9 foot deep drilled pier base.
That's a turnkey price, including concrete, rebar, anchor bolts,
grouting, and setting tower on the base.

A few years ago we had 4 foot diameter by 40 foot deep dry wells for the
septic system drilled for about $600 each.
