[TowerTalk] Need help to buy USA items

Hello !
Sorry for asking some private help here.

I wish to buy some gear in USA. Sorry I Can't attend Dayton this year, I need 
to buy the KT34XA upgrade kit by M2,
some roofing filters for my IC765's, an high power 4:1 balun and a VHF 
transistor amplifier.

I need the help of an american amateur radio operator that can assemble all the 
gear at his QTH and send it with a
single shipment to Italy.
