If tower is not grounded, use RF choke (available at Array Solutions). If
tower is grounded (shunt fed), use RF choke too, from coax inner lead to
ground.  At our club's field day activities we use balloon suppoerted
vertical for 160, static charge-up has been quite high until we decided to
use RF choke to the ground (we use radials on the ground and single ground
rod).
