Guys,I took some pictures of a cell site under construction in Monterey some 
time back, showing the grounding system, with cadweld details, and in this case 
a "loop"  ground design, with multiple cadwelded ties coming up to be bonded to 
the base of the 100 ft tower ":tree" that was later installed.  They cadwelded 
the ties, directly to the steel tubular tree, about 1 ft up from the
