I don't have the Cubex info, but one thing I can tell you is... Do NOT 
drill the arms... Firstly it weakens them, and secondly it's helpful to 
be able to adjust the element position. I use strong cable ties ( 
http://www.iol.ie/~bravo/Cubical%20Quad.htm ) , as does Gem Quad. K2US 
uses stainless steel hose clamps and nylon webbing.
