I'd be worried about rust inside of the tower legs. If the environment is that
bad and you've battled rust on the outside, then surely there's rust forming
inside of the legs. How old is the tower? You may wish to replace the top
section if not the entire unit. Every tower has a useable service life and
depending on the conditions eventually needs to be replaced.
