I'd go with "C" together with a large UPS.

Keeps it simple -- it is what the cell companies
do at their tower sites -- or so one of their
key techs in this area told me ... except that they
used to be really cheap and use UPS devices that were
way under-rated.  Not sure if they've fixed that.
