[TowerTalk] Tailtwister Reassembly

When ever I reassemble a Tailtwister, I have the feeling I never get it exactly 
right. The gears are in the right sequence, but I always question if I have the 
washers and spacers in the right places. Anyone have a definitive reference for 
this ?
