[TowerTalk] Force 12 Balance Point Off on Purpose?

Hi Gang,

First, many THANKS to all who gave me advise on moving a C3E from an 
SK's QTH to mine. The ham that used to own this antenna was very 
meticulous and did things right. I put up the C3E in the exact 
configuration he used it and it works FB.

I noticed that the mast clamp is maybe 6-in forward of the balance point 
of the antenna. Is this a Force12 anomaly? Other antennas get their mast 
clamp at the balance point.
