    Umm, I'd say don't use it. Penetrox, and the  other antioxidants, are for 
electrical wiring using copper or aluminum, not  PL-259 nickel or silver. In 
fact if you use silver connectors, silver oxide is  a conductor so that won't 
hurt you. 
 
    Antioxidants like these use tiny particles  suspended in a non-conductive 
vehicle material that penetrate the thin  oxidized layer when put under 
compression. If you try to find continuity in a  glob of Penetrox, etc. with an 
ohmmeter, you won't.
