Nope, tried that, but a good clerk will know about it.
I think the stuff your are refering to is called Duct Seal. My Home
Depot doesn't stock it but Lowes does (dirt cheap). It's in the
electrical section, in a plastic wrapped brick form. Apparently they
think it is an electrical item, but this stuff has lots of uses, like
sealing connectors or anything else you want to protect from the
elements. It works for sealing Cadweld molds also. I tried it.
350 ft of wire is a large ground system. I can see this might require
some huffing and puffing.
