[TowerTalk] Rohn 45

I have a Rohn 45  tower at 100 feet and the top section is a flat top. 
I also have a bracket with torque arms.
Would you use the top plate for guy wires or use the torque arm bracket which 
would be about one foot from the top.

I could do either but wanted other input.
