Since I don't like to climb towers, I go to the local Ace Hardware 
Rental Place and rent a towable 50ft manlift.  Their's even autolevels 
itself.  Only downside is you have to tow it.  Runs about $160/day.  
They also have self propelled to 60ft.  A local crane service has some 
taller.

Being a former firefighter, I used to watch my buddies rappel out of the 
perfectly good bucket of a 112 foot ladder truck.  Never saw a reason to 
use a rope to get down when there was such a nice stairs with nice 
hydraulics, but I digress  ...
