What kind of dipole is this? A fan? A traps?  Both of my 80/40 fans have 
reasonably low SWR on 30M and 17M when fed with 75 ohm coax. You might be 
better off with a good choke at the antenna feedpoint and coax to the 
transmitter. If it's a good choke, it will kill noise pickup on the line, 
so the result should be quieter on RX.
