Hi Ronnie

yes you can replace it with 2:1 balun

but a Delta loop can also be made with 2 different looks

1. 0,33 lamba per side in the Delta ( a delta with 3 similar sides)
2. Delta with 2 like legs, have this formula with direct fed 50 ohm. Needs no 
Balun or 75 ohm.
coax centre in >> 0,25 lamba + 0,3 lambda + 0,4 lambda + 0,05 lambda >>coax
