In regards to identifaction of any CDE/HyGain Rotor system follow this link 
to Norms rotor service he has a help page on how to properly identify your 
rotor.

BTW that 5 630 indicates it is a series Ham M or Ham2 series 5 made in the 
year of 1976 the 30th week of the same year...
