Hi guys,
does anyone know anything about dx-is.com - spiderbeam's dealer in the US?
I've placed an order for 18m fiberglass telescope about two weeks ago
and got confirmation emal the same day.
Email says to wait for shipping info which I apparently never
received. I wrote to K4UJ next week - no response yet.
Then, almost 2 weeks later I get an "order cancelation" email -
something like "your order have been canceled, no reply necessary".
Is that store still in business or I am missing something?
