[TowerTalk] TX-472 Raising Fixture

Anyone have details regarding the construction and installation of a raising 
fixture for the TX-472. I am probably going to be re-installing the tower later 
this summer and figured thsi time I would use the raising fixture. I have 
access to all teh materials and tools to make one , but , I do not know the 
details for the fixture.
