Mike, you raise a very good point.  I was trading 12/17/30 for 12/17 and
gain.  But if I add the 30/40 trombone I get 30 meters back and add 40
meters to the top of the tower.  Does anyone have any experience with the
30/40 meter add-on.  You mention 2 sqft for wind loading - but I am sure the
Tri-Ex can handle that.

I appreciate all the comments.  I am ready to re-cable the tower and it
seems like a good time to redo the stuff on top as well.
