Tod & Mike,

I have a Rotor EZ, which has the same protocol as the Rotor card. The
paddles are muted until the brake light goes off after a position command.
Also, it will not accept further position commands from the control software
during rotation.

However, it does accept POLL queries and responds with position data back to
the control software during rotation.
