Won't tune on 40? High vswr on 20?
I suspect a bad 20m trap. 10 and 15 are ok. 20 is wierd.. trap in backwards?
Might be enough to keep 40m from tuning... and isn't the 80m tuning really a
top loading?
So it may tune somewhere on 80, but not where intended, even if one of the
traps is hosed.
Check the 20m trap.
Also, it would be a good idea to measure the antenna AT the antenna, just to
remove
questions about the feed line. This assumes you have or can borrow an antenna
bridge.
