[TowerTalk] Rohn 45 Anchor Foundation

Can someone point me to where I can find the dimensions for the Rohn 45 guy 
anchor base. I cannot find it in the Rohn Catalog that I have on my pc. The 
guying diagrams call out a 4B block for a 100 foot tower but I can't find the 
dimensions and drawing for this 4B block.
