I would swear that I have seen in one of these elists, plans for tilting a 
Rohn 25 tower.  The idea is to free stand 45 - 50' of tower  or whatever will 
tolerate up to 80mph of South Plains dust storms/Blue Northers.

The idea would be to drop this tower in advance of the approach of a dry line 
much in the way of how I crank down my HG55.
