Depends on your conditions.  If you're on the beach one of
the 20' fiberglass poles with three vertical wires may be
as easy as anything.  If you're away from the beach and have
a good high support, a trap dipole (home made coaxial traps)
or a 40/20/10 meter fan dipole are light and easy to transport.

If you're taking a tuner or your rigs' tuners have wide tuning
ranges an 88' dipole fed with ladder line will also work.

The problem with most of the so called "portable" antennas
(Buddipole, Pac-12, 18V, etc.) is that they require a trip
to the antenna for adjustment of coil taps or antenna tips
to change bands.
