At least you never need more then 6µF in your HV power supply and your mains
is not dropping when the air condition or washing machine runs.
And I wonder whether your mains breaker is less then 70A if your total for
the house is 48KW

There is NO good reason to have 3-phase power for anything but a big
motor.
