RFS makes 'ultraflexible' 7/8" heliax... using corrugated copper center
conductor.. and a
corrugated copper outer conductor.
Their latest version uses corrugated Aluminium outer conductor.....
and a corrugated copper center conductor. This stuff is even lighter, 23
lbs per 100'.
This stuff is all the rage in EU/asia/india/china for cell co's rolling out
g3/g4 sites.
Andrew doesn't make a flex cable bigger than 1/2" [ FSJ4-50]
RFS makes it in both 7/8" and also 1 1/4" .
One would think that the AL outer conductor version would be a lot less $$$.
