Folks, I just picked up a TB-3 for the top of my HDBX tower. The bolts included with the TB-3 have a smaller stamped kind of nut included with the bolt and full size nut. Anyone know what that smaller nut is for and where it goes? I'm assuming it's a safety thing and goes on after the full size nut.
