I used Polyphaser UNI-KIT-2xx* grounding kits purchased from DX
Engineering. It's been a while, so I don't recall the price, but the
service was super-fast. (I almost wrote "lighting-fast" but then decided
that that would not be appropriate.)
*For xx substitute the letters appropriate to the two metals to which
the stainless steel grounding strap will be connected.
